How do I get High Speed Wireless?

Contact our office to schedule a site visit. It will be determined during the visit if you will be able to get High Speed Wireless. Once surveyed, you will
be scheduled for an install. It takes roughly 2 hours to do a standard install.

What Equipment do I need?

For Dialup: a working modem

For High Speed Wireless:

.........For Canopy: A Suscriber Module will be installed for you.

.........For Parknet/Citynet: A "G" wireless adapter in your computer

Why doesn't HighSpeed work at my house?

Trees are a huge factor. If there is no direct line back to the tower from your location then you cannot receive the signal for Wireless.

Who do I call if I cant connect?

First call the Main office number 843 386 2312. Then try 888-225-8889. These are answered during office hours.

What are your office hours?

Monday - Friday 9am till 5 pm and Saturday 9:30 am till 2:30 pm

When is my payment due?

It is due the same time each month as the day you signed up for service.
